Dear Hopeful,
You do not own the street outside your
house. The council does. If they didn’t want me to park on the street, they
would have a sign saying so. So no, you can’t have my car towed. And in case
you didn’t know, you have a community mailbox. That means that only you and the
mailman can put things in and take things out. So in the unlikely event that
anyone was going to give you $20 for their right to park on a suburban street,
they can’t put it in your mailbox.
